    • Takeaway orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe to ensure food quality.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service for abusive or inappropriate behaviour in line with Irish licensing and hospitality laws.

    • While we take all reasonable care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free dishes.

    • We comply with all Irish Food Safety Authority (FSAI) standards and guidelines.

    • Refunds or replacements will be offered at our discretion, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland).
